💰 $80 - $100 per hour

About the role

  • Conduct approximately 30 site visits per year to locations across the U.S., including Guam and Puerto Rico
  • Support and/or facilitate training workshops for program directors and instructors, focusing on curriculum relevancy, teaching techniques, and professional development
  • Review and assess existing lesson plans and recommend updates aligned with educational goals and emerging technologies
  • Support the development of an annual program effectiveness report, including data collection, analysis, and drafting
  • Assist in strategic communications and outreach
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and performance enhancement strategies for STARBASE sites
  • Support the expansion of afterschool and outreach programs, including those serving Native American communities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant DoD regulations, educational standards, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Policy, STEM, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program evaluation, compliance, or curriculum support, preferably within a DoD or government-regulated environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of DoD policies and educational program standards
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
  • Ability to travel extensively (up to 50% of the time) for site visits
  • Strong technical review skills and experience
  • Preferred experience improving quality, efficiency, and effectiveness by which client program information is shared and communicated.
