About the role

  • You will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap and delivery of our core products (Evalion platform, appraisal CRM, internal tools).
  • You will refine our long-term product vision and develop a clear product strategy for the DACH market — focusing on differentiation, scalability and technological leadership.
  • You will design new products and MVPs based on market, customer and process insights.
  • You will consolidate existing standalone solutions into an integrated, scalable platform and define clear system logic, interfaces and ownership.
  • You will build a reliable data foundation (tracking, KPIs, reporting) and create transparency for data-driven decisions.
  • You will translate business and user requirements into clear priorities — focusing on revenue levers, automation, quality and scalability.
  • You will lead our remote engineering team, establish productive rituals and work closely with executive management, operations and sales.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership (discovery, prioritization, delivery)
  • Technical understanding (APIs, data models, system logic)
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers on an equal footing
  • Analytical thinking: you define KPIs, implement tracking accurately and use data as the basis for decisions
  • Interest in or initial experience with AI, automation or data-driven product development
  • Leadership skills and a desire to build an ownership culture in a remote setup
  • Clear and structured communication in German & English
