Key responsibilities & impact

Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting
Ensure financial integrity for the legal entities
Lead a team of 4 employees responsible for transactional finance
Provide high-quality and timely periodic and year-end closing and reporting
Support the North America President
Monitor and control revenue, costs, cash flow, invoicing, tax compliance
Manage budgeting and financial forecasting
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
Coordinate and manage the annual audit process
Oversee local financial and management accounting processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong financial management experience (+10 years)
Preferably in an international industrial company applying IFRS reporting practices
Thrives in a global matrix organisation
Hands-on approach and ability to work independently
Strong analytical capabilities to interpret regulations and contracts
Preferably prior experience in M&A transactions
Advanced Excel and data management skills
ERP experience
IFRS proficiency
Excellent team leadership and performance management abilities
High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills across all levels and locations of the business
