Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Product Strategy: Define and Execute product strategies, roadmaps, and repositioning plans to drive brand growth and market share.
Manage Campaigns & Awareness: Plan and implement patient awareness and digital marketing campaigns ensuring positive ROI and patient reach targets.
Ensure Product Readiness: Coordinate product registrations, prepare promotional materials, and support product launches and events.
Enable Sales Excellence: Conduct training sessions for sales teams, provide tools and materials, and monitor their performance against marketing objectives.
Monitor Performance & KPIs: Track sales performance, ROI, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities.
Customer & Market Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with HCPs, conduct field visits, and address customer issues to sustain high satisfaction (NPS).
Optimize Budgets: Manage branding expenses efficiently and contribute to achieving quarterly sales and profitability targets.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Business, or related field; MBA or Marketing diploma preferred.
1-2 years in marketing or product management within the FMCG/pharmaceutical industry.
Strong expertise in consumer "DTC" and HCP integrated campaigns, with proven marketing excellence
Demonstrated success in launch readiness, brand building and consumer marketing capabilities
Proficient in English with strong digital, strategic & innovation focus
