About the role
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and assist in hiring plans
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, HR databases, and reports
- Assist with onboarding and ensure a smooth experience for new hires
- Help manage employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee engagement and internal communications
- Assist in drafting HR-related communications, surveys, and reports
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and HR best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Internship or any exposure to HR/recruitment is a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
- Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative
- Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
