About the role

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and assist in hiring plans
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, HR databases, and reports
  • Assist with onboarding and ensure a smooth experience for new hires
  • Help manage employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee engagement and internal communications
  • Assist in drafting HR-related communications, surveys, and reports
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and HR best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Internship or any exposure to HR/recruitment is a plus, but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus
  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
