About the role
- Create and execute monthly business plans to achieve sales and KPI goals
- Manage and develop the assigned customers’ Amazon stores and eCommerce presence
- Understand customer needs and develop strategies to grow their business
- Control and analyze sales performance of assigned customers
- Organize weekly or biweekly checkpoint meetings and provide client updates
- Manage the customer’s product catalog, ensuring listings are created and optimized by coordinating with SEO and Catalog Management teams
- Suggest and create promotional offers for special days and report sales results
- Collaborate with Inventory Specialists to align on inventory management and forecasting
- Meet with clients from various sectors and research relevant markets and dynamics
- Report action outputs and performance metrics to clients
- Align with internal teams to ensure consistent strategies and execution
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be based in Ukraine
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 1-3 years experience in Amazon account management is a must
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong business acumen and understanding of eCommerce operations
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great multitasking and organizational abilities
