About the role

  • Accelerate sales performance by leveraging existing fleet industry relationships
  • Source and develop high-impact business opportunities in public charging infrastructure
  • Cultivate and sustain partnerships with key fleet influencers
  • Assess client requirements and configure solutions supporting vehicle electrification
  • Partner with OEMs, utility companies, and infrastructure providers
  • Serve as company ambassador at industry conferences and networking events
  • Manage the complete sales pipeline, including opportunity tracking and revenue forecasting
  • Deliver updates to executive leadership regarding sales progress and industry developments
  • Establish clear performance targets using data-driven approaches

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or fleet operations within transportation, logistics, or clean energy sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated industry expertise in technical areas such as eMobility, electric vehicles, public EV charging infrastructure
  • Documented success in selling complex solutions to enterprise-level organizations
  • Exceptional abilities in communication, negotiation, and cultivating professional relationships
  • Proven capacity to excel in dynamic startup cultures
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales analytics tools
  • Flexibility to travel domestically up to 50% of the time
