About the role
- Accelerate sales performance by leveraging existing fleet industry relationships
- Source and develop high-impact business opportunities in public charging infrastructure
- Cultivate and sustain partnerships with key fleet influencers
- Assess client requirements and configure solutions supporting vehicle electrification
- Partner with OEMs, utility companies, and infrastructure providers
- Serve as company ambassador at industry conferences and networking events
- Manage the complete sales pipeline, including opportunity tracking and revenue forecasting
- Deliver updates to executive leadership regarding sales progress and industry developments
- Establish clear performance targets using data-driven approaches
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or fleet operations within transportation, logistics, or clean energy sectors
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated industry expertise in technical areas such as eMobility, electric vehicles, public EV charging infrastructure
- Documented success in selling complex solutions to enterprise-level organizations
- Exceptional abilities in communication, negotiation, and cultivating professional relationships
- Proven capacity to excel in dynamic startup cultures
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales analytics tools
- Flexibility to travel domestically up to 50% of the time
