About the role

  • Handle routine and moderately complex operational tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Act as first point of contact for operational inquiries; provide initial support and escalate to L2 as needed.
  • Track and verify the operation of customer services across the satellite fleet; detect and escalate anomalies.
  • Identify, document, and escalate operational incidents following established procedures.
  • Share relevant operational data within CSC and with other departments.
  • Maintain and update the Operational Database accurately.
  • Assist Sales, Planning, and Engineering teams with operational queries.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or Telecommunications.
  • Medium-level experience in satellite communications operations.
  • Satellite communications technology and measurement techniques
  • Earth station operations
  • Baseband technology
  • Familiarity with modern IT systems and operational software
  • Ability to follow detailed operational procedures
  • Multitasking and stress resistance
  • Teamwork and adaptability
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
