About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4).
- Define, implement, and enforce development standards related to security, performance, monitoring, and logging.
- Review code and mentor developers to foster technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure API governance and lifecycle management from design to production.
- Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable integration solutions.
- Contribute to innovation in integration practices, including API-led connectivity, event-driven architectures, CI/CD, and observability.
- Support deployment automation and industrialization on the Anypoint Platform.
- Coordinate integration activities and ensure operational continuity when representing the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in API development and system integration, including at least 2 years with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Strong knowledge of API-led connectivity, RAML, DataWeave, and API security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, TLS).
- Experience with service-oriented and event-driven architectures (SOA, EDA).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Anypoint Runtime Manager, CloudHub).
- Proven ability to coach and mentor developers.
- Leadership skills and strong communication abilities.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux and Java is appreciated.
