Engineer

• Work as part of a small team of systems modelling engineers focused on the architecture, development, and deployment of internal tools based on our in-house system models and simulators.
• Define the technical roadmap and architecture for tooling platforms that support engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
• Ensure tools are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and ensure tools meet user needs.
• Oversee best practices in software development (version control, testing, documentation, CI/CD pipelines).
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve workflows and decision-making through automation and advanced modelling.
