About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide day-to-day support to the Indirect Sales team and Customer Service by producing ad hoc analyses, monitoring performance, managing operational requests, and ensuring the reliability of data and key indicators.
Design, maintain and optimize automated reports and Power BI dashboards to ensure reliable tracking of KPIs, revenue targets and budget data, while supporting decision-making across stakeholders.
Maintain and evolve databases, dataflows and reference files (master files, POS mapping, integration of revenue targets), in collaboration with BI and business teams, to ensure consistency, quality and performance of reporting tools.
Contribute to the automation of reporting and communication processes (newsletters, dashboards, analyses), produce market and revenue performance analyses, and develop customer and business insights using advanced analytical approaches and innovative data- and AI-based solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (Bac +5) from a business school or equivalent
Proven experience in creating and optimizing reporting, particularly with Power BI
Strong capability in performance analysis and budget tracking
Proficient in office tools (Microsoft Office, Power BI, Salesforce)
Experience in process automation and an interest in AI tools are a plus
Analytical profile with a structured, data-driven approach
Excellent command of French, both written and spoken
Good level of English required (written and spoken)
