About the role
- Provide end-to-end business analysis support to ensure our solutions work as expected
- Define and validate station requirements in line with the objectives of new projects
- Conduct comprehensive needs analysis for new tools intended for station and operations teams
- Create project use cases and process flow documentation when required
- Contribute to and support the testing phase
- Ensure requirements are validated against operational business objectives
- Support station teams in evolving existing processes
- Work with technical teams to ensure documentation requirements are met
- Triage new business requirements, bugs, and incidents
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Ideally experience in rail, aviation, or retail sectors
- Good command of English, as part of the team is English-speaking
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational ability
