About the role

  • Provide end-to-end business analysis support to ensure our solutions work as expected
  • Define and validate station requirements in line with the objectives of new projects
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analysis for new tools intended for station and operations teams
  • Create project use cases and process flow documentation when required
  • Contribute to and support the testing phase
  • Ensure requirements are validated against operational business objectives
  • Support station teams in evolving existing processes
  • Work with technical teams to ensure documentation requirements are met
  • Triage new business requirements, bugs, and incidents

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst
  • Ideally experience in rail, aviation, or retail sectors
  • Good command of English, as part of the team is English-speaking
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational ability
