About the role
- Manage the implementation of information systems to meet identified business needs, acquiring and using the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality;
- Give proposals for project strategies at the architecture / technical level, planning, definition of tasks and deliverables, review of technical project deliverables, quality control, risk analysis and management, status reports, problem reporting and management systems, follow up and organization;
- Integrate the project and program strategies and ensure alignment with business strategies and drivers, and management priorities;
- Facilitate architecture meetings with focus on consensus building, decision clarity, stakeholder management;
- Identify ways to reduce costs in IT and business leadership to optimise and rationalise the IT portfolio;
- Provide solution architecture guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 17 years;
- Minimum 7 years of specific expertise in project management standards and methodologies (Project Scheduling, Strategic Planning, Financial Modelling, Budgeting, Forecasting, Performance Tracking);
- Minimum 5 years of specific expertise in Agile methodology, Scrum Management, Lean agile;
- Minimum 3 years of specific expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT etc.;
- Minimum 3 years of specific expertise in enterprise architecture and business process modelling and associated tools such as ArchiMate, UML, BPMN;
- Minimum 3 years of specific expertise in enterprise architecture tools such as ARIS, Enterprise Architect;
- Minimum 3 years of knowledge in Confluence and Jira;
- Knowledge of Cloud Architecture (AWS, MS Azure);
- Minimum one of the following certificates & standards are required: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Foundation/PRINCE2 Practitioner, PM2;
- Excellent command of the English language, command of the French language will be considered an asset.
