About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle reservations and process rental agreements accurately and professionally
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional service throughout the rental process
- Maximize sales of optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, prepaid gas options, and additional services
- Build rapport, explain product features and benefits, and overcome customer objections
- Follow rental policies and procedures for smooth and compliant transactions
- Identify additional services or products that may enhance customers’ rental experiences
- Ensure full customer satisfaction at every stage of the rental process
- Support branch operations by performing additional duties requested by management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven sales experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Skilled in offering optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, and additional services
- Strong customer service skills and professional communication
- Sales-driven attitude focused on meeting and exceeding targets
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to accurate, timely service
- Previous customer-facing or sales experience, ideally in retail, hospitality, or automotive sectors
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Experience handling transactions and using point-of-sale systems
- Familiarity with rental agreements or similar customer service documentation is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sales acumen and persuasive abilities
- High level of professionalism and reliability
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
