Key responsibilities & impact

Handle reservations and process rental agreements accurately and professionally
Welcome customers and provide exceptional service throughout the rental process
Maximize sales of optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, prepaid gas options, and additional services
Build rapport, explain product features and benefits, and overcome customer objections
Adhere to rental policies and procedures
Identify additional services or products that may enhance the rental experience
Ensure customer satisfaction at every stage of the rental process
Support branch operations by performing additional duties requested by management

Proven sales experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Experience offering optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, and additional services
Strong customer service skills and professional communication
Sales-driven attitude focused on meeting and exceeding targets
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Attention to detail and commitment to accurate, timely service
Previous customer-facing or sales experience, ideally in retail, hospitality, or automotive sectors
Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
Experience handling transactions and using point-of-sale systems
Familiarity with rental agreements or similar customer service documentation is a plus
