About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Improve rental station workflows and cleaning processes
- Standardize daily management systems
- Design and deploy localized pricing frameworks
- Deploy Lean frameworks across corporate and airport networks
- Architect and manage high-yield counter incentive programs
- Lead strategy for securing airport concession bids
- Optimize fleet out-of-service times and maintenance schedules
- Identify and eliminate waste in supply chains
- Establish standardized Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Redesign operations to minimize customer friction
- Act as a support partner to senior leaders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Economics, Business, or Finance
- MBA preferred
- 10 to 15 or more years of operational leadership
- 5 or more years directing multi-site continuous improvement initiatives
- Understanding of fleet revenue yield strategies
- Proven track record of winning and executing high-revenue bids
- Deep expertise in high velocity airport logistics
- Advanced skill in customer journey mapping and operational friction analysis
- Mastery of yield and elasticity optimization
