Senior Risk and Compliance Analyst
Europ Assistance BrasilAnalyst in Compliance and Risk Management supporting regulatory compliance and data protection initiatives. Working in a strategic team alongside various business areas to enhance governance and anticipate risks.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the drafting and review of Compliance policies, standards and procedures
- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the Privacy and Data Protection Program, providing support across all its pillars
- Advise internal teams on privacy and data protection matters
- Analyze contractual clauses and data flows related to privacy and Compliance
- Monitor compliance risks and propose corrective actions
- Track regulatory changes and assess their impact on internal processes
- Participate in training and awareness activities on ethics and integrity
- Support internal investigations and Due Diligence processes
- Evaluate Compliance risks and ensure adherence to internal standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree (completed)
- Knowledge of data protection, anti-corruption legislation, anti-money laundering and corporate governance
- Certifications in Compliance and Data Protection are a plus (EXIN, IAPP, LEC, SCCE, ICA)
- Ability to perform regulatory risk analyses and recommend controls
- Experience with Compliance management and monitoring tools
- English communication skills, with the ability to read technical documents, prepare reports and engage in technical interactions with the Compliance team abroad, both written and oral
