About the role
- Enable and reconcile payments and receipts across multiple channels;
- Validate compliance with commercial agreements, allowances and rebates to commissioned partners;
- Ensure alignment of balances, discrepancies and provisions with partners;
- Ensure the integrity of financial data throughout the entire transactional cycle;
- Actively collaborate with all areas involved in Controllership, ensuring robust projections, strategic financial visibility and support for risk and opportunity management;
- Perform daily monitoring of EABR's bank accounts, verifying fund inflows and outflows, analyzing cash surpluses and shortages, and executing transfers between accounts. Contact banking institutions for clarifications when needed;
- Based on forecasts of credits and debits and in coordination with Financial Planning and Accounting, estimate volumes and timing of cash surpluses in accounts and direct these funds to established investment accounts;
- Monitor the company’s investment accounts, analyzing returns and maturities, and recommend transactions and portfolio changes to management;
- Support leadership in evaluating new investment alternatives by assessing opportunity, profitability, minimum investment amounts and risks for potential inclusion in the investment portfolio;
- Prepare cash flow projection reports based on expected inflows/outflows using ERP data and reports provided by Financial Planning;
- Assist leadership in standardizing internal processes and responding to audits by supplying documentation and implementing corrective actions in cases of non-conformities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Advanced English
- Experience with payments and commission validations; retail experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience preparing management reports and tracking KPIs
- Experience in reviewing, creating or restructuring processes is a plus
- Dynamic profile with adaptability and resilience
