About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage client relationships as the key contact for a portfolio of clients
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with teams to develop and execute account plans aligned with business objectives
- Support commercial negotiations and contractual arrangements
- Represent the business in client meetings and market events
- Maintain strong awareness of benchmark regulation and engage with regulatory stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline
- Experience in account management, client relationship management or commercial roles within financial markets
- Understanding of derivatives, futures, OTC markets, trading platforms and workflows, financial benchmarks, market data and trading infrastructure
- Understanding of benchmark regulation frameworks including BMR and IOSCO Principles
- Proven ability, or demonstrable aptitude, for managing and growing client relationships
- Strong commercial awareness and solution-oriented mindset
