About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage client relationships as the key contact for a portfolio of clients
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and execute account plans aligned with business objectives
  • Support commercial negotiations and contractual arrangements
  • Represent the business in client meetings and market events
  • Maintain strong awareness of benchmark regulation and engage with regulatory stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline
  • Experience in account management, client relationship management or commercial roles within financial markets
  • Understanding of derivatives, futures, OTC markets, trading platforms and workflows, financial benchmarks, market data and trading infrastructure
  • Understanding of benchmark regulation frameworks including BMR and IOSCO Principles
  • Proven ability, or demonstrable aptitude, for managing and growing client relationships
  • Strong commercial awareness and solution-oriented mindset
