About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing a variety of internal and external projects to enhance our service offering and customer satisfaction, respecting budget, resource planning, deadlines, and priorities.
Leading customer projects, including onboarding new clients, managing implementations after successful public tenders, overseeing data migration projects, and supporting mergers or divestitures of existing customers.
Coordinating internal projects focused on improving service delivery processes, maintaining compliance with ISO9001 standards, and upholding data security in line with ISO27001 requirements.
Identifying areas for process improvement and proactively initiating and leading optimisation projects.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Primary experience in project management, ideally in a technology or service-driven environment.
Strong analytical and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.
Ability to prioritise tasks and projects and to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards is an advantage.
Fluent in English and Dutch.
Knowledge of and affinity with various project methodologies applied, including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban and PRINCE2.
