About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ontwerpen en implementeren van een centrale Tender Desk (processen, tooling en KPI’s)
  • End-to-end verantwoordelijkheid voor aanbestedingen: van go/no-go besluit tot indiening
  • Coördineren van input vanuit Sales, Product Management, Security en Legal
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, compliance en consistentie van tenderdocumentatie
  • Ontwikkelen en beheren van standaardantwoorden, referentiemateriaal en compliance-matrices
  • Analyseren van tenderresultaten en structureel verbeteren van winratio’s
  • Adviseren van het commerciële management over tenderstrategie en positionering
  • Opbouwen en aansturen van een (toekomstig) tenderteam

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau
  • Minimaal 5–8 jaar ervaring met aanbestedingen, bij voorkeur binnen B2B SaaS of IT-dienstverlening
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met Europese en nationale aanbestedingen
  • Sterk procesmatig en analytisch vermogen
  • Uitstekende schriftelijke vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
  • Stakeholdermanagement op senior niveau
  • In staat om inhoud, deadlines en belangen effectief te managen
