About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, Implement and operate Euronet Electronic Financial Transactions (EFT) compute environment as part of an international IT team Main areas: hardware, virtualization, storage, backup, monitoring, operating systems and related services, email, name resolution, remote access, PKI and different other services related to the above listed ones.
  • Monitor, measure and report internally and externally on service performance levels, performance vs. service level agreements (SLAs) and service down-times
  • Develop and keep procedures and standards of Compute Team
  • Administer and document the services, processes inventories under Compute Team control
  • Contribute to tracking and continuous improvement of service levels
  • Provide on-call support on a periodic basis could be required
  • Occasionally local and international travelling is required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University or College degree in relevant field
  • at least 3 years in same position, preferably at a multinational company
  • Fluent level of Business English language knowledge
  • Enterprise level experience in operating at least 3 of the following areas: Windows/Linux operating systems; Active Directory; Email systems; Monitoring systems; Configuration management; Virtualization; Backup systems; Storage systems; Physical server systems; Multi Factor systems
