About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor the ATMs in operation and make sure that any faults will be rectified as quickly as possible by the service providers.
Be the Contact person for the on-site engineers/technicians and support them in solving potential problems.
Coordinate with 3rd party service providers (Security, Installation, Transportation, etc.) for ATM installation and de-installation throughout Casablanca.
Analyze ATM network performance, suggest improvements. Generation and maintenance of KPIs and reports.
Invoice verification, penalties, and financial controls.
Visit ATM sites and train local staff when required, trainings and incidents resolution onsite and on distance (phone, mail).

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or IT orientation, or equivalent professional experience.
5 years of experience in the Operations or Information Technology functions in such sectors, as banking, financial services, telecommunications, or retail.
Flexibility to travel across the country.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Good knowledge of English and French, both verbal and written.
Valid driving license.
