Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the finance systems roadmap, operations and improvement of finance products
Work with Finance leadership and senior stakeholders to turn strategic priorities into actions
Ensure stability of day‑to‑day finance systems while driving transformation
Build strong relationships and adapt quickly to evolving business needs
Champion the effective use of technology including Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
Operate across day‑to‑day operational ownership and strategic change initiatives
Balance BAU stability with forward‑looking transformation
Collaborate with senior Finance stakeholders and technology partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience delivering and supporting finance technology solutions in a complex environment
Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including core finance modules
Broad experience in finance transformation, process optimisation and automation initiatives
Understanding of AI‑driven or automated workflows and how these can enhance finance operations
Ability to balance strategic product ownership with hands‑on operational responsibility
Effective vendor and contract management experience, including oversight of offshore or near‑shore teams
Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior finance leaders
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability, with the ability to turn insights into action
Clear, concise communication skills focused on business impact
