Consultant

• Lead or support market research with autonomy in project design and client management within Euromonitor's consulting research team.
• Work closely with syndicate Industry experts to bring best-in-class client service and industry knowledge.
• Report to a Consulting Manager in Vilnius and to other Consultants for specific projects, primarily across Europe and MEAI.
• Execute strategic objectives of custom research projects from clients, delivering high-quality work focused on client satisfaction.
• Project planning including development of briefs, templates, and supporting materials to meet project objectives.
• Deliver hypotheses and insights to address client problems using effective tools, skills and frameworks.
• Apply rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques to answer clients’ business questions and guide strategic decisions.
• Design and develop clear, persuasive and professional reports and presentations for corporate audiences.
• Manage analysts day-to-day (as relevant), including communication, scheduling, and administering final payments.
• Perform quality control of generated materials through querying, validation and final interpretation of data and analysis.
• Liaise with colleagues in other regional offices to ensure project teams understand goals, objectives and timelines.
• Maintain and organise project folders and materials for accessibility to Euromonitor personnel.
• Manage and conduct primary interviews with trade associations, leading companies and internal associates to gain insights.
• Conduct secondary research using in-house and external resources to understand markets and gather necessary inputs.
• Use mixed methods (in-house data, tools, surveys, primary sources) to answer key client questions and meet research objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within consulting and syndicated teams, contribute to knowledge sharing and internal initiatives.
• Share new resources with colleagues and seek new information sources to inform projects.
• Communicate with clients from project inception to completion; confidently present findings via phone and in-person.
• Act as a direct resource for clients, build productive and lasting relationships at all levels.
• Engage with commercial teams on business development activities including capability pitches, needs assessments, qualification of opportunities and proposal reviews.
• Follow through with commercial team post-delivery to explore additional support areas with clients.
