About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, configure, and maintain tests, test lists, and test bundles within the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
Support compendial updates, pricing changes, and evolving laboratory requirements
Interpret analytical methods, compendia, and technical documentation to ensure accurate and compliant test builds
Collaborate with laboratories to develop solutions meeting testing and reporting needs
Manage multiple priorities while meeting quality and productivity objectives
Work independently with little supervision to accomplish assigned tasks and meet team objectives
Assess and implement process improvements that enhance consistency, efficiency, and data quality
Provide technical expertise and support for Analytical Definition initiatives and laboratory requests
Communicate progress, risks, and key updates to leadership and stakeholders
Uphold GMP, GLP, quality, compliance, and data integrity standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma required
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences preferred
Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered
Laboratory experience preferred
Previous work experience using the USP or Ph. Eur. is a plus
Experience working in a LIMS preferred
Self-motivation
Excellent quality of work and attention to detail
Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
Effective communication with coworkers and internal/external clients
Ability to use a personal computer and learn necessary programs
Good oral and written communication skills
Organizational ability
Availability Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed
