About the role
- Independently grow the customer portfolio and deliver sales results in your region.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while actively engaging new prospects.
- Build and execute quarterly and yearly sales plans, setting regional objectives in alignment with management.
- Analyse market signals and translate them into actionable steps.
- Visit and participate in events relevant to the market.
- Proactively seize new opportunities and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Take full ownership of the commercial process – from planning to execution, with support from colleagues.
- The natural ability to negotiate prices.
- Use a value-based and consultative approach to sales, ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven B2B sales experience with measurable results.
- Background in business or engineering.
- Strong ability to work independently, plan effectively, and drive results.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level), with a valid driver’s license (B).
- Commercially sharp and able to engage as a trusted partner to the industry.
- Plus: experience in value-based selling and/or familiarity with construction productions, food contact materials, or the chemical industry.
