About the role

  • Independently grow the customer portfolio and deliver sales results in your region.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while actively engaging new prospects.
  • Build and execute quarterly and yearly sales plans, setting regional objectives in alignment with management.
  • Analyse market signals and translate them into actionable steps.
  • Visit and participate in events relevant to the market.
  • Proactively seize new opportunities and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Take full ownership of the commercial process – from planning to execution, with support from colleagues.
  • The natural ability to negotiate prices.
  • Use a value-based and consultative approach to sales, ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven B2B sales experience with measurable results.
  • Background in business or engineering.
  • Strong ability to work independently, plan effectively, and drive results.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level), with a valid driver’s license (B).
  • Commercially sharp and able to engage as a trusted partner to the industry.
  • Plus: experience in value-based selling and/or familiarity with construction productions, food contact materials, or the chemical industry.
