About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for developing and retaining our client portfolio in the South-East region
  • Grow and retain the existing client portfolio
  • Implement a customer acquisition strategy and identify new markets
  • Develop and execute targeted prospecting plans
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Identify opportunities for development and upselling
  • Promote a comprehensive “One-Stop-Shop” approach to clients
  • Ensure commercial follow-up of ongoing contracts
  • Ensure compliance with contractual commitments
  • Manage complaints and coordinate corrective actions
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct activity reviews and present periodic reports to strategic accounts
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with laboratory teams
  • Ensure the technical and economic feasibility of proposed projects
  • Participate in tenders and coordinate commercial and technical responses
  • Train and support clients in the use of our tools and services
  • Raise user awareness of best practices for sampling, recording and interpreting analysis results
  • Act as the interface between the laboratory, support teams and clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in business, technical or industrial fields
  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience selling technical B2B solutions
  • Experience in the following sectors is required: industrial lubrication; preventive or predictive maintenance; industrial analysis
  • Strong prospecting and business development skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong customer- and results-oriented mindset
  • Good technical knowledge and interest in industrial environments
  • Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM
