About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define scope and write contracts for medium- to large-sized projects
- Assist with process creation and implementation for business activities
- Outline scope of projects for assigned service lines
- Prepare contracts outlining client’s projects
- Create change orders as requested by operations and Project Managers
- Assist with cost analysis at completion of projects
- Ensure adherence to approved sales processes and workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in scientific or technical field
- 1 year of relevant experience (laboratory, business development or sales)
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic office equipment (computers, printers, faxes, copiers, etc.)
- Solid organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Project management or facilitation skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
