About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a Business Controller (m/f/d), you analyze financial, customer, and market data and derive well-founded actionable recommendations.
Market and potential analyses are part of your responsibilities – you identify opportunities, risks, and growth areas.
You prepare reports and presentations for management in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
You work closely with local management and contact persons to implement and further develop group-wide standards and processes.
Coordinating cross-border projects and ensuring a consistent data basis are also part of your role.
You support the introduction and use of controlling tools and further develop existing control instruments and KPIs.
In addition, you actively contribute to process optimization and improvements in data quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
Initial professional experience in a similar role or within a corporate environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
You are confident and experienced in using MS Office – especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
You are able to work independently, think proactively, and have a hands-on mentality.
You are communicative, service-oriented, and comfortable working in intercultural teams.
Complex structures do not deter you – you adapt quickly and enjoy diving into new topics.
Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
