About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting marketing campaigns through market and account research
Conducting lead research using third-party platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo)
Gathering and organizing data from provided prospect and account lists
Assisting with database cleanup, enrichment, and reporting projects
Repurposing existing content and developing new content for campaigns
Supporting digital marketing initiatives and campaign execution
Assisting with planning and execution of onsite marketing events as needed
Collaborating with marketing managers to understand how individual tasks support broader campaign goals
Learning & Development Opportunities: The Marketing Intern will be introduced to the fundamentals of marketing by supporting real-world campaigns and projects. With guidance from senior marketing leaders, the intern will learn how market research, data mining, content creation, and digital marketing work together to drive campaign success.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong interest in marketing, research, and campaign execution
Ability to analyze information and connect research to actionable insights
Strong written communication and content development skills
Comfortable working with data, lists, and databases
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint); CRM or marketing tools a plus
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Willingness and availability to support onsite events in Sunnyvale/Santa Clara as needed
Curiosity, creativity, and eagerness to learn
