About the role

  • Analyze monthly reporting from Business Units
  • Monitor, consolidate and analyze monthly Business Unit performance using management accounting
  • Contribute to the analysis of operational entities’ performance against their targets
  • Participate in the preparation of the budgeting process
  • Develop and deploy budget construction tools to support managers
  • Be proactive: identify improvements to the department’s processes and tools
  • Validate major laboratory investments in line with the budget
  • Assist in preparing funding requests to the group
  • Provide daily support to operational teams and respond to their various requests

Requirements

  • Degree from a business school, general engineering school, or university (with a specialization in Finance)
  • Prior experience in or interest for the following areas
  • Strong command of information systems (Microsoft Office in particular Excel; ERP systems and Power BI)
  • Analytical skills and experience in data analysis
  • Fluent in English
