About the role

  • Analyze monthly Business Unit reports
  • Monitor, consolidate and analyze monthly performance of Business Units using management accounting
  • Participate in analyzing operational entities' performance against their targets
  • Contribute to the development of the budgeting process
  • Develop and deploy budgeting tools to support managers
  • Be proactive in proposing improvements: identify enhancements to processes and tools within the department
  • Validate major laboratory investments in line with the budget
  • Assist in preparing funding requests to the corporate group
  • Provide daily operational support to respond to various requests

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, general engineering program, or university (specializing in Finance)
  • Strong proficiency with information systems (Microsoft Office—particularly Excel; ERP systems; Power BI)
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills
  • Fluent in English
