About the role
- Work closely with the Eurofins network’s key finance users, process owners, finance leads, and internal and external IT teams.
- Support the global deployment of the D365FO finance solution across more than 40 countries.
- Validate, adapt, and implement the global D365FO template during country rollouts.
- Coordinate local fit-gap analyses, executing localisation and configuration tasks.
- Support data migration, validating end-to-end processes through testing.
- Collaborate with the existing IT team and our external implementation partner.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, configuration documents, user manuals, and test scenarios.
Requirements
- Minimum of seven to eight years of hands-on experience with Microsoft ERP solutions, including D365FO/SCM, AX2012, and/or Great Plains.
- Experience in roles such as Business Analyst, System Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Implementation Consultant.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, particularly in finance areas.
- Familiarity with accounting principles, laws, and standards, including IFRS, US GAAP, and other local regulations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Previous operational finance experience such as working as an Accountant or Financial Controller in a medium or large global organisation will be considered a significant advantage.
- A very good understanding of D365FO security and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- PMI-PMP or similar project management certification would be advantageous.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
