About the role

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow revenue in the Food Safety diagnostics sector.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of distributors, ensuring optimal performance and market coverage.
  • Identify and onboard new distribution partners where needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support product launches, training, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitor activity, and regulatory trends.
  • Prepare forecasts, sales reports, and performance reviews regularly.

Requirements

  • Willing to travel up to 50%
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin is a plus
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in regional sales, preferably in food diagnostics or life sciences (Mycotoxins, Allergen, GMO)
  • Prior experience in managing distributor networks across multiple countries in Asia is essential.
