About the role
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow revenue in the Food Safety diagnostics sector.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of distributors, ensuring optimal performance and market coverage.
- Identify and onboard new distribution partners where needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support product launches, training, and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitor activity, and regulatory trends.
- Prepare forecasts, sales reports, and performance reviews regularly.
Requirements
- Willing to travel up to 50%
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin is a plus
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in regional sales, preferably in food diagnostics or life sciences (Mycotoxins, Allergen, GMO)
- Prior experience in managing distributor networks across multiple countries in Asia is essential.
