About the role
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor and control budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
- Support strategic planning and business performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.
- Assist in cost analysis and profitability assessments for projects and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
