About the role
- Proactively manage a portfolio of strategic clients
- Gather, analyze and anticipate client needs
- Provide technical advice tailored to client-specific requirements
- Contribute to the preparation of Key Accounts quotations and validate invoicing
- Handle client requests and complaints
- Coordinate kick-off meetings and follow-up committees
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators (internal and client KPIs)
- Draft specifications in collaboration with national clients
- Support responses to tender processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in scientific, technical, or commercial fields (e.g., biology, chemistry, quality, engineering, or management)
- Previous successful experience in client account management or in a technical environment is a plus
