About the role
- Ensure proactive management of a portfolio of strategic clients
- Gather, analyze and anticipate client needs
- Provide technical advice tailored to clients’ specific requirements
- Contribute to the preparation of Key Account proposals and validate invoicing
- Handle client requests and complaints
- Coordinate kick-off meetings and follow-up committees
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators (internal and client KPIs)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree to Master's degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in scientific, technical or commercial fields (e.g., biology, chemistry, quality, engineering, or management)
- Prior successful experience in account management or within a technical environment is a plus
