About the role
- As a Field Sales Representative (m/f/d), you will drive our dynamic team forward with passion and skill.
- You will skillfully balance our customers’ needs and develop sales strategies that persuade.
- Serving our existing customers is one of your core responsibilities; acquiring new customers later is also an option.
- You will prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and maintain our customer database.
- In close collaboration with other departments, you will proactively contribute ideas and drive joint projects forward.
- Your role keeps you on the move—whether visiting clients on site or attending trade shows, variety is guaranteed.
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training or a degree—ideally in a business or scientific field.
- Sales is your passion: ideally you already have initial experience in sales and enjoy inspiring customers.
- You communicate fluently in German and are confident in English.
- A structured way of working, self-initiative, and a willingness to take on responsibility distinguish you.
- You are goal-oriented, ambitious, and want to actively contribute to the growth and success of our company.
- You have a quick grasp of new topics, can adapt flexibly to new situations, and are confident using various IT applications.
- Reliability, dependability, and strong negotiation skills complete your profile—you convince our customers with competence and personality.
- You also hold a car driver’s license and are willing to travel (minimum 80%).
