Customer Support

• Answering customer inquiries by telephone and e-mail and support Sales, Labs and Project Management in the customer communication
• Initiating lab cost estimations, monitoring deadlines and follow-up as base for quotations
• Preparation and sending of quotations and order confirmations including follow-up communication with customers
• Arranging prepayments, invoices and credit notes for laboratory testing, marketability, production monitoring, document deposits and routine inspections
• Maintenance of ERP data including customer, contact and product data
• Contribute to continues improvement of process flows and interfaces between the different functions and support the development of the ERP-System
• Sending test reports and certificates to clients
• Working closely with Sales Executives in the inquiry and quotation phase
• Providing active support to Sales, Marketing, Certification, Labs, Project Management and Accounting in the clarification of internal and external issues within the scope of the tasks listed above
• Processing dunning
• Assisting in the telephone service in the absence of the responsible switchboard person
