Requirements
- One (1) to two (2) years of previous sales experience (retail, inside sales, or logistics).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong persuasive communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion.
- Results-driven and able to maintain and sustain individual and company goals.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient computer and typing skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Ability to demonstrate and uphold the highest levels of ethical behavior and confidentiality.
- Completion of HIPPA training.
