About the role
- Initiate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in prospective and new client organizations, primarily based in the USA
- Act as the primary representative for our global lab network, ensuring clients receive seamless support and a unified experience
- Identify business needs and opportunities within the Softlines supply chain that align with our service offerings
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new revenue and accelerate growth within new accounts
- Coordinate internal resources (e.g., technical teams, quality assurance, operations) to support business development efforts and service delivery
- Drive the execution of commercial programs from initial concept to successful implementation and sustained performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Sales & Marketing/Textile Engineering or equivalent degrees preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) program management
- Proven experience in business development or account management, ideally within the Softlines industry (apparel, footwear, textiles, accessories)
- Understanding of Quality and Compliance in target industries
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Computer skills required – Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
