Develop and execute yearly marketing plans aligned with business goals with monthly assessment and adaptations
Collaborate with ELE’s Product Managers and the International Business Line Director of Marking to gather content for the executions of the marketing campaigns to promote stand-alone and integrated solutions
Work with Global Marketing Communication teams and Regional Marketing Managers to adapt marketing activities to regional nuances and ensure that the Eurofins Discovery brand is advocated in the world’s regions
Lead planning efforts to achieve marketing qualified lead and pipeline goals
Optimize content marketing and copy for various communication channels
Initiate/ Manage lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospects
Analyze tactic performance and business impact to gain insights for every company executed for the business line
Monthly track/report campaign cost, performance, and ROI – Report data to Sales and Business Line Leaders and Product Managers to optimize tactics
Monitor and adapt marketing strategies based on industry best practices
Ensure sales enablement approaches across all customer-facing teams to improve sales efficiency
Serve as a Business Line contact for ad hoc activities like conference, trade shows, and other company-sponsored events for the promotion of integrated offerings
Foster collaboration with Business Line Leaders for cross-segment synergies
