About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support management in planning and executing new product launches
  • Develop the portfolio together with the Product Manager, supporting activities related to products, markets, pricing, promotions, opportunities, and KPI monitoring
  • Analyze internal market information and competitors' activities, producing analytical reports to support decision-making
  • Control the budget for marketing projects and monitor TRADE financial resources, ensuring campaign budgets
  • Execute and monitor schedules for promotional calendars, campaigns, and activities
  • Liaise with advertising agencies for briefings and review of graphic materials
  • Prepare presentations for cycle meetings, supporting content definition and data collection
  • Gather results to guide sales campaigns
  • Approve Marketing/Product materials with Regulatory and Medical Affairs teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration with an emphasis in Sales, or related fields
  • Experience in Product Marketing is a plus
  • Preferred knowledge in market analysis and product performance indicators
  • Familiarity with market audits: PMB, CLOSEUP, DDD, and MDTR (desirable)
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel
  • Intermediate/Advanced PowerPoint
