About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and ensure the execution of strategic projects, ensuring compliance with schedule, cost, scope, quality, and expected benefits
Act as the focal point for interfacing with strategic stakeholders, influencing decisions and directing priorities
Manage and prioritize project launches in alignment with the company’s strategy
Define and track performance indicators (KPIs) and business results for projects
Conduct risk analyses and propose strategic scenarios to mitigate impacts
Ensure governance and maintenance of project management systems, developing dashboards and executive reports in Power BI to monitor projects
Integrate and process data sets with Power Query, ensuring consistency and reliability of information
Apply artificial intelligence (Microsoft 365 Copilot) to data analysis, insight generation, and team productivity

Requirements

What you’ll need

We are looking for professionals who meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields
Postgraduate degree or MBA (preferably in Project Management, Business, or Innovation)
PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification will be considered a strong plus
Proven experience managing complex projects (preferably product launches)
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
Experience in project portfolio management and strategic prioritization
Experience in digital transformation, using data to support decision-making
Strong background in project governance and interacting with stakeholders at various levels (including executive leadership)
Advanced Spanish
Intermediate English
