About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The professional will work in the Institutional Relations area, supporting the development, organization and execution of the company’s strategic agendas with external stakeholders relevant to the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Monitor and analyze institutional, regulatory and sector-related issues of interest to the company;
  • Monitor external scenarios with potential impact on the business;
  • Support institutional relationships with strategic stakeholders;
  • Prepare briefings, reports, executive presentations and supporting materials;
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of meetings and institutional agendas;
  • Track public policy discussions and proposals relevant to the pharmaceutical sector.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed;
  • Fluent English for writing and speaking, to be assessed during the selection process;
  • Advanced Spanish preferred;
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills;
  • Knowledge of how the public sector operates, decision-making processes and the regulatory environment;
  • Strong written communication, organizational skills and strategic vision;
  • Previous experience in Institutional Relations, Government Relations, Public Affairs, Public Policy or related areas is an advantage.
