About the role

  • Lead the development of complete promotional material packages for strategic products;
  • Critically analyze available market data, proposing and leading action plans for growth, market share recovery, or performance optimization in each country;
  • Drive the planning and execution of product launches, including: Support the execution of marketing plans for strategic Oncology, Hospital, and Fertility products across LATAM countries;
  • Participate in and approve launch strategies for high-complexity products, products with significant revenues, and others;
  • Serve as the regional focal point for strategic products, ensuring alignment between global strategy and local execution;
  • Establish a structured interface with Brazil for strategic alignment, definition of global brands, sharing learnings, and regional dissemination;
  • Plan and execute regional activities at congresses and scientific programs;
  • Coordinate the management of international events in Brazil, from planning through execution;
  • Actively participate in portfolio and pipeline studies, including brand harmonization, analysis of MOQ, and country-specific opportunities;
  • Work in the field with local markets to adjust strategies according to regional realities;
  • Support the tender/procurement process, acting as a bridge between internal areas and the countries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree in Marketing preferred;
  • Product Marketing experience required;
  • Experience with Oncology medicines desirable;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required;
  • Advanced/Fluent English required;
  • Intermediate Spanish desirable;
