About the role
- Evaluation and control of investment projects;
- Inventory control;
- Profitability analysis by product (monitoring investments in samples, promotions and sales force);
- Creation, calculation, analysis and dissemination of performance indicators (KPIs) and assessment of operational efficiency;
- Analysis and monitoring of the P&L (profit and loss statement) of Business Units/Countries, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions and recommendations;
- Preparation, monitoring and review of the annual budget and forecasts;
- Preparation of case studies, investment and project analyses, and financial modeling/simulations;
- Preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, providing strategic information and analyses to support senior management decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
- Postgraduate/MBA in Finance, Controllership or related areas is desirable;
- Fluent English is desirable;
- Fluent Spanish is desirable;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel;
- Knowledge of Power BI;
- Investment evaluation (project appraisal, projections, NPV and IRR calculations, risk assessment);
- Accounting knowledge (indirect cash flow and accounting entries);
- Knowledge of SAP;
- Experience in industry is desirable.
