About the role
- Ensure the sound running of all administrative and operational activities including outsourced activities
- Oversee activities performed by ClearBank Group Holdings
- Ensure that ClearBank Europe is operationally fit to sustainably meet the current and future needs of its customers
- Oversee the operational performance framework for ClearBank Europe
- Provide strategic and operational direction to the full range of technology and operational activities
- Maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders
- Embed a clearly articulated risk culture within the COO team
- Ensure that ClearBank Europe has adequate regulatory capability and controls in place
- Leverage existing expertise from ClearBank Group companies
Requirements
- Proven experience hiring, building and leading high-performing teams
- Experience within financial institutions
- Extensive knowledge of business priorities and the commercial environment
- Strong understanding of the technologies, risks and advantages of operating in the cloud
- Fully proficient in English language
