About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of integrations between Salesforce and SAP (interfaces, APIs, middleware);
Lead end-to-end projects: requirements gathering, process modeling, development, integration testing, and go‑live;
Develop and promote process automation (RPA, workflows, declarative and programmatic solutions) to reduce manual effort and improve quality;
Act as Product/Technical Owner in agile squads, participating in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Scrum ceremonies;
Ensure technical governance: integration standards, data security, versioning, and monitoring;
Prepare technical and business documentation, runbooks, and acceptance criteria;
Provide escalated support and lead investigations of incidents and performance issues related to integrations;
Train and guide internal teams and stakeholders on best practices for Salesforce, SAP, and automation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field;
Fluent in English;
Willingness to reside in São Paulo, SP.
**Differentials:**
Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in IT projects, with a proven track record in Salesforce-SAP integrations;
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum; experience as a Scrum Master or Product/Technical Owner is a plus;
Experience with process automation (RPA, Salesforce processes, automations via scripts or low-code tools);
Analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate requirements between technical and business teams;
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Administrator, Integration Architect);
Knowledge of DevOps/CI-CD applied to Salesforce/SAP deployments;
Experience in international projects or projects involving multiple operators/suppliers.
